Junior Operations & Growth Intern (Crypto)

Job Description

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive intern to support our commercial and marketing team across day to day operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail oriented, learns quickly, has a genuine interest in crypto and enjoys keeping projects moving. You'll help ensure nothing falls through the cracks while supporting marketing, partnerships, business development and creator management. No two days are the same in this role. You'll work across a variety of projects depending on the team's priorities, providing support wherever it's needed most. You're not expected to do everything at once, but you should be comfortable switching between different responsibilities and adapting to a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Track ongoing tasks and follow up to ensure deadlines are met
• Maintain spreadsheets, dashboards and internal documentation
• Research and source KOLs, creators and potential partners
• Help manage communications across X, Telegram and other social platforms
• Organise workflows, update trackers and improve internal processes
• Monitor campaign deliverables and report on progress
• Assist with marketing, partnerships, business development and day to day operational tasks
• Take ownership of recurring tasks and identify opportunities to improve efficiency

Requirements

• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
• A fast learner who can quickly adapt to new tools and workflows
• Strong understanding of the crypto and Web3 ecosystem, with previous industry experience
• Experience using X, Telegram and other social platforms professionally
• Strong written communication skills
• Comfortable working with Google Sheets, Notion, Linear and other productivity tools
• Self motivated, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks at once
• Able to work independently and consistently follow through without needing constant oversight
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to solve problems and take initiative
